Meet the Doche Family
Introducing
Dr. Pierre Doche
Dr. Pierre Doche grew up in Southern California for the majority of his life, where he attended the University of California Irvine and graduated in 1991. He then graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1995, where he became a faculty member and shared his expertise and knowledge on clinic floors. Before moving to San Diego, he resided in Boston for 9 years and successfully opened a practice consisting of several offices.

If I spend the time to know their fears, what’s keeping them from seeing the dentist, or what they need to feel encouraged to come in, I’m able to do my best by them, for their utmost health and sense of comfort.”
Dr. Doche’s love for the dental field is apparent by the way he treats his patients with care and respect. Thriving on researching and learning all the new and innovative techniques that would benefit his patients, Dr. Doche’s main priorities are his patient’s comfort and creating the best esthetic and functional dentistry available.

Today, Dr. Pierre loves to spend as much time as he possibly can with his family. He is married to Rose, who is the office manager and one of the registered dental hygienists in the office, and they have two teenaged sons. When he is not in the office caring for patients, he is at home, doting on his family.

Rose Doche
Rosemary Doche enjoys creating smiles as your Dental Hygienist and Office manager at Doche Family Dental. She was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts, where she graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991.

After working as a dental assistant for a large dental group for 10 years, she applied to Mount Ida College and graduated in the top 2% of her class in 2001. She was awarded the Golden scaler award for her outstanding clinical technique and professional judgment in 2001, and became certified into the Phi Theta Kappa Society for holding a grade point average of 3.8. In addition, she qualified for merit into the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honors Society, which is only given to the top graduating dental hygiene students.
She loves the challenge and responsibility there is in caring for her patients. She is always researching and updating on the latest technologies for patient safety, oral cancer awareness and periodontal health. She wanted to implement all she has learned over her years of experience in the dental field to her patients to achieve their personal best. During any free time, she enjoys photography, watching her boys play sports and hanging out at the beach.
